Achten’s Roofing Crews Photographed for the Tacoma News Tribune
The Tacoma News Tribune recently wrote a piece about the incredible heat that’s been sweeping over Washington state. Their staff photographer Drew Perine contacted our offices, in order to ask us where he could find one of our crews hard at work. Drew was hoping to snap some shots of a few individuals doing their best to deal with the grueling heat while on the job, so that he could pair the images with an article written by staff writer Alexis Krell. We provided him with an address of one of the homes where our roofers were currently installing a gorgeous new Timberline HD roofing system, and Drew ventured out to the location to take the photos that he needed. Although our crews don’t necessarily mind the hot weather, they have been starting earlier each day to complete their work before the afternoon sun starts to take its toll.
